“I'm relatively new in my role establishing a purchasing department where it does not exist. Previously, these labels, from a competitor, were double the cost of what I paid with Smith Corona. I needed small labels for another purpose my options were the brand name label. 2 packs of 8000 for about $90. Or Smith Corona, 80,000 labels for $79. People are creatures of habit. Returning to where their previous purchase was from without challenging themselves to find a cheaper price. The old excuse of “well that's what we always did before” is unacceptable. Think outside the box. A simple web search took me to Smith Corona. Smith Corona, you're making me look really good. Thank you.
