“We purchased one case of these thermal labels to test in our warehouse, but the quality has been disappointing. We couldn't even finish one roll (out of the four rolls in the package) due to constant jamming issues. This has resulted in wasted time and money. We don't recommend this product.”

“Smith-Corona has been great to work with for ordering labels. Very quick turnaround and updates from UPS for our deliveries. The labels work great, nice color selection too! We also get our ribbons from them.”
