“I am absolutely delighted with all five of the custom-made Acoustimac sound absorption panels I received. I had them made 5 feet tall in 1" and 2" thicknesses and 24", 36", and 48" widths. They are sturdily built and carefully crafted: solid, squared, fully wood-backed, and tautly covered. They are weighty enough to feel the quality, yet still light enough to mount using properly-sized drywall anchors. My first quick test was to face two toward each other and speak into them-- it sounds like an anechoic chamber! I set these up to replace homespun absorption panels made from black felt-faced acoustic ceiling tiles. These do not disappoint! And they look quite professional. Acoustimac was a lucky find and I completely recommend these as high-quality elements in an acoustic space!”
