“Overall a well laid out certificate program. I liked the format and delivery. My only negative, was that I didnt have any formal HR knowledge or experience so felt a little lost at times with the content. The course felt like it was catered to exisitng HR professionals. I will continue taking other certificate courses from AIHR and do feel over all I have a graps on what an HR Generalist is.”
