“I am a TA professional, not a General HR professional, so I found this challenging. I believe that for those who manage cases like these on a daily basis, it would mainly serve as a recap of their existing knowledge. I struggled with the HR Canvas content and needed to translate it into my own language to understand it better. I also found it challenging to distinguish between some of the answer options, as in my understanding of English, they seemed to mean the same thing. However, after reviewing the explanations for the incorrect answers, I understand the differences much better. My advice to everyone is to trust your first instinct. Whenever I start second-guessing myself, I seem to end up choosing the wrong answer! :-)”

“Barely retained any info. Course took way longer than marketed and included too much content, i.e., I experienced cognitive overload. The skits were funny, and I did find how to create a chat bot using SharePoint and Co-pilot interesting and useful. In addition, practicing courageous conversations with the AI-voice was kind of cool. Other than that, it was confusing, boring, and didn't leave me feeling any more prepared to enter HR than I did beforehand. Plus, I didn't realize it wasn't based in the U.S., so I didn't know what was applicable to me or not. Also, the content felt outdated, as if it was repurposed being that most comments in the comment section were from months to a year ago.”
