“Most of what I learned was new to me. On the other hand, when comparing it to my own skills and experience, the skills required of an HR Generalist seemed to be at a similarly high level as those of a manager.”

“Exceptional delivery by experts, motivating exercises and activities. Videos could be shorter in some occassions and maybe more exercises to help the individual understand some terms instead of just seeing them in the videos. Nevertheless a worthy course!”

“Well, I must come to grips and admit that this certificate program was highly detailed, cognitively challenging, and enlightening in regard to the vast range of responsibilties and dependencies the HR-Generalist profession encompasses! In other words, HR practisioners are an invaluable asset to any organization that chooses to incorporate an HR department within its requisite business arsenal. “The HR Generalist Certificate Program was informative. However, there are 2 things i would consider adjusting. The first is to provide more real-life examples of what an HR Generalist would encounter in their role. The second is to simplify the questions in the exam.”
