“The HR Generalist Certificate Program was a really valuable experience. It was a bit intense at times, especially with the amount of content and real-world scenarios to work through, but it definitely kept me engaged and challenged in a good way. What I appreciated most was how practical it felt—it wasn’t just theory, it really helped me understand how HR works in real business situations. Overall, it was worth it and has given me a much stronger foundation for moving into HR.”

“While the program was very informative and put together very well, I don't know if the specific lessons were as geared to my position in a School District as it was to a bigger corporation or business. I did learn a lot about other aspects and learned about myself that the role that I do play in my school district with HR issues, I have grasped how my people skills have strengthened and will take that with me in obtaining my goal to make my position more HR oriented as a whole.”
