“This course provided me with a strong foundation in HR by helping me understand not only what to do, but also why certain strategies, processes, and decisions are important. It gave me a structured approach to prevention, planning, and handling many of the situations HR professionals face every day. One of my biggest takeaways was realizing that HR Operations is where my strengths naturally lie. I enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring that the fundamentals are in place to support both employees and the business. If I had to identify one limitation of the course, it would be that many of the concepts are presented in an ideal-world context where organizations have sufficient resources to implement every strategy. In reality, especially in growing organizations, resources, budgets, and time are often limited. However, this challenge also helped me understand that HR is about adapting best practices to the reality of each organization. Despite having limited professional HR experience, this course showed me that meaningful impact is possible when HR professionals create focused initiatives aligned with business priorities while also supporting employees. The frameworks and strategies provided throughout the program have given me practical tools to educate stakeholders, support organizational goals, and create a positive employee experience. I am grateful for everything I learned during this program and I hope to continue growing into a capable HR professional who enjoys every stage of the journey.”

“This programme was a very good programme. It has been a very long journey for me (longer than most) but I persevered and made it eventually. I am happy that I kept with it and I know that others now starting their HR journey, can benefit from the programme.
