“As someone not working in HR, but wanting to do a first step to qualify for jobs in HR sector this course was: - very insightful and interesting. Giving a lot of information and knowledge for a broad field, covering lots of different topics. And I gained many tools and feel well equipped to start in the HR direction (also discovered I already have knowledge that I can implement from many years of experience in other administrative fields) - but it was often difficult to do the assignments, as I could not work on examples from my work life. This almost stopped me from moving forward at one point. So in the end I invented quite a few scenarios in order to fulfill the assignments. I think this should be more informed about in the description. NOw it says it suits very well for people who have never worked in HR.”
