“While this program is online, don't be fooled it is challenging. You need to come prepared to take notes, dedicate study and review time, and have a willingness to start and finish this course; I enjoyed it. This program offers a lot of resources and bulit in support; you are not in it alone, you have an entire team. I recommend you don't put off achieving your HR goals for another day, this program is worth it. I took another HR program and received an HR Generalist Certification and decided to enroll in this program, I was not satisfied with what I learned from the other program at the University. This program provided me with exactly the book skills I needed to develop a greater understanding of HR generalists and their responsibilities. I am ready to take the next step and apply for an HR entry-level position. I know I will be fine.”

“I highly recommend taking courses with AIHR. I took my first course, HR Generalist, and I found the format to be user friendly, engaging and easy to learn. Also, while the Capstone Exam was challenging, I did learn a lot and I feel more confident in using the practices I learned in my next role. I'm excited to move on to the next course!”
