“I found AIHR when considering a move from an educator role to one in HR. I spoke with someone from their helpline and she provided me with background on the certificates and advised which would be best for me based on my aspirations. I began applying for Junior roles and have been able to use the knowledge from the course to snag some interviews and feel that I am well-prepared to move into an HR role. I like how the course mixed videos with Interactive Activities and quizzes to let me know if I was understanding the material. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to gain more insight into the field of HR!”

“I didn't find the course material was in-depth enough especially after writing the exam. The questions did not align with the material and were misleading. I do not agree with some of the answers that I got wrong.”

“The coursework in this program was very engaging and easy for me to navigate through the topics. I appreciate the mix of videos, quizzes, reading, and projects/simulations to help with the retention of new material throughout. The final exam was challenging and it also forced me to slow down and think through each scenario before selecting the best response.”
