“Overall, it’s a well-structured course that provides much-needed background and brings together all the key areas required for a holistic approach to the strategic talent acquisition role. I think the Design Thinking section was covered in too much depth compared to other modules. Also, the platform definitely needs to be mobile-friendly and should offer an option to learn offline (at least the ability to download videos). Otherwise, the process becomes much more time-consuming.”
