“The certification was well-structured and provided valuable insights into key concepts. Overall, it was a very useful learning experience. However, I believe the course could be better by including more interactive activities, live conversations or sessions, and more innovative learning approaches in addition to the quizzes. This would make the experience more engaging and helps us undesrstand, relate and apply what we learned. For the final quiz, it would be helpful to have an option to save progress and return later to continue, especially for longer assessments. Additionally, some quiz answer options were very similar and closely worded, which sometimes made it confusing to determine the intended correct answer. Improving the clarity and differentiation between options would enhance the assessment experience. Thanks again.”

“With a new performance tool implementation on the horizon and an ITS tool also being released as well as having the desire to improve employee experience like the Leave Process, this course was right up my alley. I really appreciate the frameworks and design thinking aspect, in additional the change management reminders and the importance of taking the time to think intentionally on how to roll out new tech with existing tech so that they work together and not in isolation. Thank you!”

It provided me a strong foundation in modern HR practices, especially around employee experience design, design thinking, stakeholder management and HR automation. I thoroughly enjoyed the areas of learning and understanding the difference between employee engagement and employee experience, applying consumer - centric thinking to HR and using design thinking to improve HR services and processes. The course also strengthened knowledge of workflow automation, including concepts like SOPs, minimum viable experience and process design within the 4D framework.
