“With a new performance tool implementation on the horizon and an ITS tool also being released as well as having the desire to improve employee experience like the Leave Process, this course was right up my alley. I really appreciate the frameworks and design thinking aspect, in additional the change management reminders and the importance of taking the time to think intentionally on how to roll out new tech with existing tech so that they work together and not in isolation.
