“Just completed the Artificial Intelligence for HR Certificate Program, and the section that delivered the most value by far was the AI strategy content. A lot of AI-for-HR training stays stuck at the tool level (prompt tips, use case lists), but this program actually addressed how to think about AI at an organizational level, which is the harder and more useful problem. If you're an HR leader trying to move past isolated pilots into something that actually connects to business strategy, this is worth your time.”

“When I started this course, my intention was to learn how to use AI to automate aspects of my role as a communicator within a university HR department. While I did learn valuable skills that helped me create an analysis tool to audit our very large website, I came away with something even more valuable: a better-informed approach to how I do my work. Learning how to structure the use of AI—defining the problem, considering the risks, selecting the right approach, evaluating the results, and refining the process—has changed more than how I use AI. That structured way of thinking now crosses over into how I approach many aspects of my work. I began the program looking for ways to use AI as a tool. “The course overall has some great handouts to use for implementing AA in your organization. I like the first part of the exam with the hands-on scenario case study. However, the exam questions are way too long.”
