“The certificate program provided me with new insights into the practical use of AI as well as skillful AI policy implementation. However, any learning was negatively overshadowed by the absence of updated materials. It still feels kind of ridiculous to obtain this expensive certification almost entirely based on materials from 2022-24 when AI changes every single day.”

“This was a great program! It was very useful to have examples to walk through and practical training. I liked the prompt design section, as well as the exploration of the various ways AI can evaluate data. I also appreciated the case study and quiz. It highlighted best practices for HR professionals looking to make a case for AI adoption within their companies, and it helped highlight how important the development of a roadmap can be. Overall, having completed this course, I belive I have significantly improved my knowledge of AI and how to leverage it in an HR context. I appreciate all of the work the AIHR team put into it!”
