“A great introductory course! The teachers & software are great, lessons are digestible and engaging. I loved the activities as well and there was a wonderful amount of interaction and opportunities to try things myself. The case studies were also great; so many were applicable and tranferable to my day to day work. I personally do not intend to pursue a career as a People Analyst, so the first 3 modules were most relevant to me (People Analytics Foundation, HR Data Anaylst & HR Dashboards in Power BI). The last module, HR Statistics in Excel, was more advanced than I require but was interesting to do. This course fulfilled what I hoped it would and has given me a lot of skills and confidence to incorporate more people analytics in my work. Thank you AIHR!”
