“This is a much-needed skill for all HR professionals. I have had an opportunity to work with PowerBI for the first time. It makes reporting much easier and quicker. I have thoroughly enjoyed financial HR and thank you for providing the cost analysis tool. I recommend the course to all HR personnel. The course has taken data analytics to a more business-relevant level. As an HR professional, I am now empowered to solve business issues and not HR issues.”

“Overall, I enjoyed the offered courses/certifications a lot. Both experienced and inexperienced learners will have some meaningful take-aways. Depending on your prior knowledge and skills, though, it might be that some of the lessons might be too much all at once or just too much you already know. But I would recommend experienced learners to fresh up their knowledge and inexperienced learners to use these resources as a great start to dive into some new areas. Maybe it would be great if you could do a quick pre-course assessment to shorten the course down if you might already have sufficient knowledge in specific (sub-) domains.”

“People Analytics course has a lot of insights for supporting a career in HR, however, it could be a bit better structured, having more often a summary of the most difficult topics. Overall I am satisfied with it, but I was expecting a more professional course, with more practical examples, as HR professional myself I found some of the examples a bit unluckily to be requested and I felt the Statics part too long and less pratical. There were also some videos being repeated over the modules, for instance the TED Talk”
