“This program was not what I expected fully but it was very informative. I am currently not in an analytics role as HR Manager of People of Culture but I found this helpful to start my own data analyses going forward once I have the proper HRIS. The videos regarding excel or PowerBI were very quick when teaching how to pull certain data and make it presentable. I would recommend going through the videos a few times if you are serious about implementing these tables. There was a lot of theory in the beginning of the certificate program that wasn't really tested on.”
