“It was a great experience to go through the People Analytics program. The Program curriculum was content rich and the flow was very logical. It did cover a lot of Statistics and where in HR the same can be applied. One improvement I would recommend is if the faculty can keep in mind the fact that all participants are not at a basic level of understanding of statistics and hence the concepts must be explained considering that participants are laymen. I had to refer to some Youtube videos for understanding some of the concepts. Overall, very helpful and rigorous too.”
