“I would recommend this course to any HR professional, but especially any HR professional who works with data. The course strikes a great balance between strategic philosophies to help improve everything you do in HR and practical skills that will help you move your analytics career forward. I am confident I will use much of what I learned in this course for years to come. I already used a lot of it, even as I was taking the course. The instructors are outstanding, the content is deep and relevant, the design and user interface are great, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this program.”

“I would recommend this certificate program to those who want to get into data analytics in for HR. This certificate program gives you all the foundational starting points to get you to start switching your mindset and how to make changes to your day to day, to actually be able to do the things taught in this course. This program has a really good spread of topics from mindset, statistical baseline knowledge and the actual "how" to do the analytics. Of course in analytics the best way to get better is to keep trying and practicing but this program will prepare you with the right tools and mindsets to taking that step to being data driven with a good foundation.”

“I would strongly recommend this course for those who are interested in starting the HR Analytics journey and even for those who have some background in that field.
