“As an HR Professional with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, I learned so much in this course in terms of using business information and partnering effectively to impact business outcomes, the way it should be. Unfortunately, my lived experience has been that U.S. companies don't welcome this partnership or feel they need this expertise, actively and agressively resisting even compelling evidence and sound recommendations and demanding that HR remain "in their lane". It's my sincere hope that we continue to make progress in this area for the benefit of, not only organizations, but for workers and their overall quality of life at work and beyond.”
