“The HR Business Partner Certificate was practical, relevant and well structured. The Alevora capstone was a highlight, because it brought diagnosis, stakeholder influence, measurement and change management together in a realistic scenario. I particularly valued the focus on linking people strategy to business outcomes, using data to drive decisions, and influencing ethically through push and pull tactics. The scenario-based questions were challenging and reflected real workplace situations well. One suggestion would be to include more examples from different regions and regulatory environments, including African contexts, so the frameworks feel even more applicable across markets. Overall, it is a valuable programme that has strengthened my strategic thinking as an HR professional.”

“Overall, the program was very relevant and practical. It strengthened my understanding of strategic HR partnering, people analytics, employee experience, and influencing stakeholders. One area for improvement is that some of the videos did not always play smoothly, which occasionally affected the learning experience. However, the transcripts were available and helped bridge the gap, ensuring that the content remained accessible and easy to follow. Despite this minor challenge, I found the program highly valuable and directly applicable to my current role as an HR Business Partner. I would recommend it to HR professionals looking to strengthen their strategic and business-oriented HR capabilities.”
