“This is my first experience taking HR courses, and I’m just stepping into my role as an HRBP. While the course provided some useful theoretical knowledge, I found that it wasn’t as relevant when it comes to practical application. I’m looking forward to delving deeper into more practical, hands-on practices. Additionally, the examples and case studies presented seemed quite far from the reality faced by most companies. Overall, I’m still glad about the experience and the opportunity to expand my understanding of HR Business Partnership and I especially liked the interactive case study at the end”
