“This program is an eye opener for anyone who want to be strong and wisdomed HR leader. its scripts /units are well presented and easy to align with real life situations in the organization. at the end of the program , you find yourself thinking and acting strategicaly as a leader and even able to give high level guideline from the HR desk and department.When I started the course, i was a Talent Acquition Specialist, During the year I went for an inteview and with the knowldege i was acquiring throgh this certification course,I passes the interview and got another role.”
