“Really useful and insightful course helped me become more business savy and understand the impact HR has on the business. Some modules can seem a little irrelevant when doing them but they all eventually tie in together and as a whole it makes sense Recommendations for future learners : * block out the time to complete this and stick to it, otherwise it can get put on the laterbase. Knowledge from the previous module should be fresh in your head for the next one. *seek out the wisdom of others around the business to help you apply these theories to your business. My CEO, FD and HoP have all been instrumental in helping me understand and apply this learning”
