“The AIHR program has been a great help in my continuing education. THey are one of the few programs that take HR leaders outside of HR and explain why we have to be willing to be a business partner and understand the needs of the business and not just the people. The expansive program covers the broadest range of topics with a clairty of data and most importantly the "why" you should be learning this.”
