“The sessions couldn’t have been more detailed. Clear and straight to the point. The highlight for me is the analysis and applications of the HR Value Chain. I have struggled to build business cases for some HR activities. The model however makes it super easy to tie HR Activities to HR Outcomes and then to further establish the Impact they have on Business results. I implemented the learning immediately.”
