“Great topics! I have been in shared services both on operations and business partnership for 13 years thus I was able to relate to all the topics from operational perspective, the strong need for data for decision making, impact of technology in HR processess dynamics, and how us as HR professionals should align the initatives to business strategy. I have learned a lot from the instructors -- they were able to provide reasonable justifications and challenge mindsets. I am happy to go back on any of these sessions if I could!”
