“I wish every HRBP I work with would go through this training, it's a real mind-shifter. Some chapters were better than others, but overall a true capability builder. As an HR Analyst, my motivation to take this course was to better understand the roles of HRBPs and to be better able to guide them with their analytical requests. I feel like I can challenge them better now and advise them on how to measure the impact of all the initiatives and align them with the business strategy.”
