“It captures the heart of what is important from a KPI/focus point of view. It explains and confirms the need for data, and technology, and embraces these in full in the HR Sphere. It emphasizes the need for HR to change from its traditional form and explains why and how. I found this program insightful and an eye opener as it re-confirms what HR should be doing for the business and how the HR Team should quip themselves to ensure they add value to the business and its strategy.”
