“Some useful lessons and information which was great to get me thinking about the role and efficiencies of an HRBP. However, I did find some of the lessons and slides were not engaging enough and could have been presented in a more attractive and interesting way as I struggled to remain focussed on occasion. This was particularly apparent during the Employee Experience slides which almost contradicted the lesson when talking about how to engage employees! However, I am hopeful that the new HR Business Partner Certificate program may have addressed this.”
