“Fantastic course on determining necessary business outcomes, and linking them to HR inputs within the control of HR employees through the mapping of these metrics to key performance outcomes and HR outcomes. Gives me a good sense that I know how to assess a situation and translate it into action points and numbers. There are also portions of the course dedicated toward consulting and finance.”
