“I found the AIHR Academy program really informative and helpful for building my skills as a Strategic Business Partner. The course does a great job showing why it's important to use data alongside professional experience when making HR decisions—something I'm now actively using in my recruitment work. The practical scenarios, especially around choosing the right KPIs and understanding how our own biases can affect decisions, were really useful and relevant to my day-to-day work. The program has genuinely helped me think more strategically about HR and how to better support the business. My only feedback is that some of the content feels a bit outdated and could do with an update.
