“The HR Business Partner 2.0 Certificate Program provided a strong foundation in strategic HR, analytics, and business partnering. I found the course well-structured, practical, and full of useful templates and tools that can be applied in the workplace. That said, I did find it challenging at times because the program is American-based, while I work in the Australian HR/IR context. Some of the terminology, legislation references, and case examples didn’t always align with our local frameworks. Overall, it was a valuable program for building strategic HRBP capabilities, but I had to adapt parts of the content to fit the Australian HR landscape.”

“The programme provides a good overall view of the HR Business Partner role and the different aspects that come with it. The content is well-structured, and the online format makes it easy to follow. That said, since it is mainly delivered as online videos without much interactive discussion, I fear I will forget most of it rather quickly. (I should mention that I didn’t make use of the community talks, which might have added more depth and exchange.) Given that I’m working part-time and balancing other responsibilities, I appreciated the flexibility to fast-forward through parts of the programme, but I guess that minimized my learning effect. However, I noticed that many of the quizzes could be answered with my existing HR knowledge, so for someone with several years of experience, the learning effect may be limited. Overall, it’s a solid introduction and a nice refresher, but I would have wished for more opportunities to apply the content interactively and to challenge myself beyond the basics.”

“It's well program that elaborated the HR terms and providing examples that enhance the understanding of the topics, in addition to the quizzes. What I liked more is the final case study that have enjoyable way to practise and test your knowledge. “The Program was very insightful and well-structured. It had the right mix of theory, practical examples and additionial materials to review, if one wanted to dive deeper into any of the lessons/topics. I like the fact that each lesson had a summary at the end and the quizzes kept us engaged thoughout the program. I will certainly look into more course offered by AIHR.”
