“This course covers a wide range of topics that HR Business Partners need to consider in order to apply HR knowledge effectively in the real business environment. The content is comprehensive and addresses many important areas relevant to the HRBP role. The presentation videos include numerous case studies, which helped me better understand the concepts and gave me practical ideas on how to apply them in real situations. This made the learning experience more concrete and engaging. Because the course covers so many topics and perspectives—each of which is clearly important—it can at times be challenging to grasp the overall picture. In particular, it would be helpful to more explicitly show how the different topics are connected and how they collectively fit together within the HRBP role.”
