“Hi, About the platform & program: I'm excited to learn at the AIHR Academy, because they choose not to make one course but to create a universe where you can find everything about related topics. If you need to search, the Copilot will help you. If you need to create a new process or improve one in Operations, they have plenty of templates, worksheets, and the entire library of resources. “Very practical. Very relatable. Very relevant for current times. I especially liked the final capstone assignment and interactive test as it allowed me to implement all that I had learned in the program in a very practical way. This course is worth taking if you are truly interested in being define as more than just a people leader but as a business partner and coach in the workplace contributing to the business bottom line.”
