“I would have rated the course five stars, but I am not primarily an auditory learner. I prefer having transcripts to read while I listen, as this helps me absorb and retain the material more effectively. Aside from that, these courses have been an excellent way to build my HR knowledge, and I’m excited to continue learning more. This course covers the history of HR Business Partners and progresses to addressing business impact and creating KPIs. It also provides helpful templates along the way.”

“This program is an eye opener for anyone who want to be strong and wisdomed HR leader. its scripts /units are well presented and easy to align with real life situations in the organization. at the end of the program , you find yourself thinking and acting strategicaly as a leader and even able to give high level guideline from the HR desk and department.When I started the course, i was a Talent Acquition Specialist, During the year I went for an inteview and with the knowldege i was acquiring throgh this certification course,I passes the interview and got another role.”
