“I would suggest the person working in HR to pursue this course in order to climb up the ladder in the organization and showcase themselves as HR Analyst. I learnt the analyst part of HR and how to read and understand the data. I also learnt that data is not just numbers. Its convenient to sit and do at home and the time frame provided is also good. One can go slow and understand the concept.”

“I would recommend this course any person that sees themselves in a multi-functional role within People Operations. I really appreciated the fact this course and multiple learning modalities on desktop and mobile (really great mobile app!). It's always tough for these educational platforms to keep up with the present, having said that, I would say they have a more modern approach than the SHRM educational content.”
