“I took a previous version of AIHR's HR Business Partner course and am now taking it again. The change is massive! The first iteration was built on sound HR fundamentals, but the new version feels modern, comprehensive, informative and engaging. I appreciated the multiple case study segments, the variety of instructors, the deep subject matter expertise, and the handout materials provided by this course. I feel like I have leveled up by taking the course, and have learned a whole lot from taking this course.”

“The course reasonates to a larger extent with the realities in the business partnering space I operate in. With each unit, the challenges and experience is almost identical, making the journey worthwhile and interesting especially with the understanding that the experience in business partnering is shared with many others on this platform and accross the globe. Very involving and time consuming but just as rewarding. Key Takeaway(s); HR is a strategic partner, a business leader whose influence and role extends beyond clerica/addministrative, operational and reactive work. HR must be predictive and future oriented, advising and leading from the front, anticipating shifts before they arise and if they do, creating solutions that do not temporarilly hold the water, but seal any further foreseable leaks.”
