“The Compensation and Benefits Certification Program was a great overview of the different aspects of the compensation field. The program is broken out in to short videos so you can easily digest the material. There are also small quizzes at the end of each module to make sure you understand the information. I am impressed by the number of resources provided for further study and materials for application in your current or future roles.”
