“I enrolled in this program hoping to relate what I experienced thru work to academics structured theory and methodology and to learn and sharpen my knowledge and skills. I am also expecting to learn new way to improve my organization C&B strategy and I would say it has met 80% of what I am expected”

“My experience with Compensation & Benefits was informative and appropriate to the different themes. Each part was complete, especially TR, Sales and Comp & Ben Analytics. I learned (and re-learned) specific areas of Comp & Ben with helpful resources i.e. plan tool, job evaluation guide, and metrics to use. I can connect with peers in a community and learn as well. I feel more confident in the different specific modules in the Comp & Ben Program to apply in my organization or future role!”
