The program widened my perspective on Compensation & Benefits, which is often viewed primarily through the lens of financial incentives. It provided a broader understanding of the strategic role C&B plays in employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance. “The overall certificate program is valuable, but the first module—especially the introduction to Total Rewards—was quite disappointing. The content felt outdated and did not meet the quality level of the rest of the program. It would be beneficial to review and update this section. Additionally, the course materials and videos appear to be several years old, so refreshing them would significantly improve the learning experience.”
