“Very good program overall. However, I still find myself wanting a more precise laser-focused approach. Less explaining why something is important or why it is needed. I already know that and most people pursuing similar certificates do. I was hoping for something more like: 1) Steps to do something (e.g. reviewing/introducing Total Rewards in an organization). 2) Tools and best practice for each step. Thats it. That all what I needed; the know-how of executing critical HR functions along with best-practce and tools to perform them. I find extensive hours/conetent/reading more academic, distracting and less practical.”
