“I was looking for a certificate program in Compensation & Benefits and landed on AIHR. For one, it's a self-directed course which was incredibly convenient for me and my needs. Also, it was robust enough to cover a large swath of the Comp & Benes function. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail and depth to the program. I have over 20 years of HR experience and learned quite a few things that I can bring to my company.”

“The program is rich and very well explained; but I recomand to learners to follow the courses regularly. I had difficulty with the final exam due to lack of attendance. Best teachers ever! Thank youuu”
