“This was in general a really good course to take. It gave a lot of information in easy-to-digest pieces, and had a lot of great tools to use in work everyday. The modules on pay gap analysis and sales compensation were especially strong.”

“This course has given me a superb overall understanding with which I can have better conversations with CnB folks, as well as follow the conversation. The areas which were most impactful for me were Sales Compensation, Pay Gap/Inequality, Key Drivers to reduce pay Gaps..to name a few.”
