“Many Thanks Gavin @ Aquastream for your prompt response & supply of our Billi 994052 Water Filter. Our only concern is that no one supplies a by pass system that would reduce the extreme pricing of “yearly” filters when our water system is already filtered.
Would love to hear an outcome of Billi control of a unit that we “own” ?

We totally agree that it can be frustrating to not have a choice but to change your filter every year. We try our best to keep our replacements as cheap as we are able to help with this requirement. Perhaps one day there will be a way to mitigate this. We are always keeping an ear out.
