“my delivery was fine but i found the online purchase for the wrong dispenser. I did use research the fitting beforehand and ordered accordingly.
Its a bit of a problem with online purchgasing I supposee. But I have found the after sales service through your office veery helpful.
My issue is with the challenge of ordering the right filter on line. Two delivery costs (inl return) may exceed any online savings. Otherwise tghank your team.”

“Easy to order online; with competitive price and good communication. Delivery as stated. Appreciated contact to ascertain I was a genuine customer; this being my 1st order. Only feedback I have is to please offer installation instructions, either via website or with the packaging. I had to source a YouTube video and re-interpret its instructions due to having an older filtration model. Easy to change cartridge once you know how!
