“Far too expensive. I would never have bought a Billi if I knen how often I need to change the filter and how expensive they are. My water supply is from Sydney water which has very low salts and particulates compared to other towns in Austalia but I have to change my filter regardless of whether it is clogged or how much or little I have used it.

We are sorry to hear that the purchase of your Billi has been costly. We do try to maintain the best price in the market, but we totally agree that it can be frustrating having to change your filter more often than you would like.
