“I bought the S80 about a month ago and so far I don't have any complaints with the device itself. It is very precise, but I have no way to test its accuracy, The only complaint I have is in a discrepancy between the specifications listed on the website and the owners manual I received with it. On the website, it says that the S80 has a sensor accuracy of +/- .005 at 0.05% BAC, but the owners manual says that it has a sensor accuracy of +/- .01 at 0.05% BAC.”

I only drink beer on occasion, but if I get up early the next morning, the Interlock may still register .001% and my car will not start. The BACTrac S80 tells me where my BAC is, exactly. “I Only had it for a few weeks now but it seems to be very consistent and accurate. It's easy to work and doesn't take a lot of breath to get a accurate BAC reading. My only complaint is that it is too loud while you are testing yourself. I would like to be inconspicuous while testing and not have to hear a constant whistle/ humming noise drawing attention to myself.”
