Sent in my unit to get recalibrated. They were super fast and sent back in a new pouch. This product is excellent and the service is excellent.

Sent my element in for a calibration and something was wrong with it. I received a new in box unit. You don't see many companies live up to that for customer service anymore.

bought the backtrack S80 three years ago. calibrated twice and this time sent for calibration but new one returned to me. Excellent customer service. thank you.

I've had my S80 for just a little more than a year and noticed the readings didn't seem quite right. I sent it in and evidently it couldn't be recalibrated because they sent me a brand new one!

Just before Christmas (bad timing) my Bactrack went crazy, giving readings over 0.12 without a sip. I was disappointed because I had only had it since March but sending it for recalibration went without a hitch even though I sent it from Canada.

Even better customer care when recalibrated after a year. I was sent an entirely new unit. Can't beat that!
