“I have had my BACtrack for over 3 years great product. My first unit just recently had a problem with it. So I ordered another new one. When my new one came in I reviewed the website and saw that I could send my old unit back and have it repaired. So that's what I did and just cost me around $20.00. I live in Ontario the shipping and repair time was great. I recommend this product.

“I sent in two BACtrack Breathalyzers to be calibrated. Unfortunately the older version couldn't be fix so they refunded the fee. For the S80 the replaced it for the cost of the calibration fee. 5 Stars for Service!!!”
“I sent my breathalyzer in to the company to be recalibrated after owning it for at least a year. They sent back a new unit, saying they were unable to recalibrate the old one. The cost to me was only the $19.00 recalibration fee.”
“Recently sent my unit in for calibration. The calibration procedure could not be done on my unit. I was sent a brand new device instead at only the $20 price for a calibration. I am very pleased and quite surprised. My unit was about a year and a half old so was past the original warranty period.”
