“I'm actually from Australia and after doing research i discovered that this by far was the item for me, partly due to the price (a breatho here with the same technology is nearly twice the price) mainly because at the time of purchase there was an awesome sale on shipping. The item got here seamlessly and worked perfectly normal until it needed to be calibrated..... I called a few companies to get quotes for calibration, the cheapest i received was $89 but was advised by every single one that i would have to send it back to BAC, i then started to freak out because if it was going to cost $89 here to do it, how much would it cost in the USA plus postage. Freak Out adverted though because including postage it only cost $40..... i couldn't believe it.... lol and to get even happier, when i received it back 2 weeks later, even tho it was out of warranty, when they couldn't re-calibrate they just replaced it with a brand new item instead of repairing it...... You guys are fantastic keep up the AMAZING service

“I mailed my one year old unit in for recalibration. Upon return, it was not holding the recalibration and giving false readings. I contacted customer service to explain the situation. The representative was concerned and decided to send me a new unit as a replacement. This company stands behind their product and their customer service is very professional. “To be honest I bought this S80 Pro unused breathalyzer off an eBay seller, and it turned out it was out of warranty and wasn't working (only discovered when i sent it in for calibration). So when i sent it in to BACtrack, they not only replaced it for free, they calibrated the new unit, gave me a case, 2qty AA batteries, and 10 mouth pieces all for free. Pretty much everything that comes with a new unit i'd assume. I appreciate your guys customer service on this, thanks again.”
“Calibration was very fast. Just received a new one in the box back in less than 5 days. Not sure what they are doing with the old ones and Im not sure I care as long as it gets back to me quick. We will see how long this one stays in calibration. Previous one lasted about 10 Months.”
