“Thoroughly enjoyed the course. The recipes and videos were excellent, but the choice of items didn’t quite hit the spot. Many were ideal as accompanying dishes but wouldn’t have been substantial as main courses for vegetarian guests. I’ll try to make them, as they are very appealing but I’m still looking for classy main course ideas.”
