“I'm not actually a fan of Jack Reacher, although I respect top craftsmanship, intelligence and success, which is why I was gripped from the beginning by Lee's BBC course. His presentation style is simple, yet he delves deep into many of the processes and decisions that aspiring writers have to consider. What also comes across is his intellect and respect for the craft. Anyone can write a story, but only a very talented writer can write a story that millions of people read. 10/10 recommend for writers at any stage of their professional journey.”

“I'm enjoying the course. Lee Child presents in a calm and easy to understand manner, which is useful and informative. He also shares something of himself, his past and interests and I warmed to him being an enthusiastic reader and even avid fan of the dialogue and methods of Sherlock Holmes, which he used in his one of his books. I am an author, looking to change genres, and have done the same thing in one of mine. These personal touches make a good connection.”

“I expected more practical instruction up front but I have found the foundational approach-setting has been surprising and enlightening. Practical in a more broad, commercial, decision-making way.
But I would like a bit more hand-holding through actual steps possibly. Still excellent though.”
